Data we process
- Newsletter. Your email address, only if you subscribe and tick the consent box. Purpose: send news about music and shows. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). Kept until you unsubscribe. Processor: Resend, Inc. (email delivery and contact list).
- Contact. The contact form opens your own email app with a prefilled message. This website does not receive or store it. If you write to us, we use your email and message only to reply (legitimate interest / pre-contractual request).
- Hosting. Cloudflare, Inc. serves the website and may process technical data such as your IP address and request logs for security and delivery.
Cookies and third-party content
The only cookie this website sets is cb_consent, a strictly necessary first-party cookie that remembers your choice for up to 12 months. There are no advertising, profiling or analytics tools. Optional third-party players load only after you accept. Full inventory in the Cookie policy.
- Spotify (Spotify AB) – music player in MUSIC.
- YouTube (Google LLC, privacy-enhanced mode youtube-nocookie.com) – videos and Shorts in VIDEOS.
- SociableKIT – video grid widget in VIDEOS.
When you allow them, these providers receive your IP address and device data and may set cookies under their own policies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@chrisbonet.com. To leave the newsletter, reply with “unsubscribe” or use the link in any email. You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
International visitors
We apply the same protections worldwide, in line with the GDPR and UK GDPR (EEA and UK), the LGPD (Brazil), Quebec Law 25 and similar laws. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for advertising and we honour Global Privacy Control. Contact us at contact@chrisbonet.com to exercise any right.
Some providers are based outside the EEA (e.g. the United States); transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

- Newsletter. Tu correo electrónico, solo si te suscribes y marcas la casilla de consentimiento. Finalidad: enviarte novedades musicales y de shows. Base jurídica: tu consentimiento (RGPD art. 6.1.a). Plazo: hasta que te des de baja. Encargado del tratamiento: Resend, Inc. (envío de emails y lista de contactos).
- Contacto. El formulario abre tu aplicación de correo con un mensaje prellenado; esta web no lo recibe ni lo guarda. Si nos escribes, usamos tu correo y mensaje solo para responderte.
- Alojamiento. Cloudflare, Inc. sirve la web y puede tratar datos técnicos (IP, registros de acceso) por seguridad y entrega.

Aplicamos las mismas garantías en todo el mundo, conforme al RGPD y UK GDPR (EEE y Reino Unido), la LGPD (Brasil), la Ley 25 de Quebec y normas similares. Residentes en California: no vendemos ni compartimos información personal con fines publicitarios y respetamos Global Privacy Control.
